1.1 Application Scenarios

This RFID smart backpack-type tool bag is designed for field maintenance, on-site operation and equipment inspection scenarios, widely applicable to frontline operators in power, rail transit, airport, factory maintenance and other industries.

1.2 Operating Environment

The product operates in dual environments of outdoor and workshop, with an operating temperature range from -20℃ to +60℃. The site involves interference factors such as oil contamination, dust, humidity and continuous vibration, requiring high performance in wear resistance, waterproofing, radio frequency interference resistance and temperature adaptability.

1.3 Managed Objects

Mainly used for managing metal tools including wrenches, sockets, screwdrivers, pliers, testing instruments, etc. The standard load capacity is 20–40 tools per bag.

1.4 Core Industry Pain Points

  • Tools are easily omitted, lost or misplaced after operation, resulting in asset loss;
  • Manual offline inventory is time-consuming and inefficient, making real-time tool integrity verification impossible;

2.1 Appearance & Structural Design

  • Product Form: Backpack-type mobile smart tool bag, different from fixed intelligent tool cabinets;
  • Dimensions: 420×220×350mm (L×W×H), adjustable according to customer requirements;
  • Material: 1680D tear-resistant, waterproof and wear-resistant Oxford fabric with an extra thickened wear-proof base for compression and drop resistance;
  • Internal Compartments: Main warehouse + divided sub-bags, equipped with customizable elastic straps and fixed slots for flexible tool placement;
  • Weight: Empty bag weight ≤2.5kg (including all built-in electronic modules);
  • Opening & Closing Structure: Dual zippers with anti-theft buckles (service life ≥5,000 opening/closing times); magnetic suction structure for the opening; copper metal zipper adopted to enhance signal shielding performance.

Adopt full-pack shielding structure to prevent radio frequency signal leakage and cross-reading of external tags:
  • Special shielding treatment for signal leakage-prone positions (zipper gaps, display openings) to eliminate frequency leakage;
  • Magnetic suction sealing for the opening to block radio frequency overflow channels;
  • Copper metal zipper for enhanced shielding isolation;
  • Recognition range strictly limited to the internal space of the bag, excluding irrelevant external RFID tags.
