Do you support OEM and ODM services? What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

 We fully support customized OEM and ODM services. We can customize exclusive IoT devices and supporting solutions according to customers' brand requirements, application scenarios and functional demands.

We have flexible MOQ standards for different customization types:    

1. Label customization: MOQ=1, support sample and small-batch customization.

2. Software customization (device system, scanning program, function adaptation, etc.): MOQ=100.

3. Hardware customization & packaging box customization (device appearance, structure, shell, packaging design, etc.): MOQ=1000.

For special customization requirements and bulk orders, the MOQ and cooperation terms can be further negotiated flexibly.
